Room was small with no view.

All fine, but small lift noise

We had a fantastic group vacation with friends. The location was perfect for exploring, and we loved visiting the Palazzo Dandolo, the site of Monteverdi's first opera. Don't miss out on the themed evenings and concerts at Sestante Venezia. those were a highlight for us! The service was on point, with attentive staff and a great breakfast to start our day.

Unfortunately, we faced an issue with the hot water during our stay. it was lacking on one of the mornings, which was quite inconvenient. I hope they can improve that aspect for future guests.

I appreciated the hotel’s charming décor, blending Venetian style with modern comfort. The location was ideal, right by the water bus station, making it easy for a senior traveler like me to explore the beautiful sites of Venice.

More accessible elevators would enhance convenience for seniors.

Perfect location and great staff

We stayed for 3 nights in a Classic Double Room, Annex and loved the perfect location just off the water ferry, making exploring easy. The staff was friendly and always accommodating, and our room was clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. However, the breakfast selection could be improved for variety.

the breakfast was a bit limited, but the location was just perfect with water taxis right at the entrance. the room was stylish and very quiet. breakfast had tasty and fresh options. Great service.

Perfect for family visits with great dynamics

The room had a beautiful view that overlooked the water, it was a sight that captivated my mind and created a sense of calm amid the chaos. The service was surprisingly helpful, they even put together a breakfast pack for us when we had to leave early, a nice little touch.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, though I suppose for the experience it was acceptable.

Loved my stay at Hotel Paganelli! The location is fantastic, just steps from Saint Mark's and near the water bus stop. The room was clean with charming decor, although I wished for more storage space in the bathroom. A great experience in Venice.

Awesome location and friendly vibe!

We had a fab 3-night stay! The location is prime—just a quick walk to St Mark's and super close to the water taxi stop. The breakfast was simple but yummy with fresh croissants. Only thing was our annex room felt a bit cramped and dark, but it was quiet and cozy. Loved it overall!

Had a fantastic time visiting Venice, especially with the beautiful view of the lagoon right from our room. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to several vaporetto stops just steps away. However, we did encounter an issue with housekeeping entering our room despite the Do Not Disturb sign, which was a bit unsettling. Overall, it was a lovely experience with a modern bathroom and great air conditioning that kept us comfortable throughout our stay.

Great location and Wi-Fi. stairs to the room were a bit tough after a long day.

pleasant stay with some room for improvement

The location is excellent, particularly for celebrating New Year’s Eve. The staff offered warm, welcoming service throughout our stay.

While the experience was enjoyable, there were some minor issues that could be addressed.
